We strongly do not recommend quitting your current job to take this program. The program is structured for working professionals, and 75% of our cohort attends while employed. Career switchers who maintain their current role through the program have lower stress, better focus, and better placement outcomes than those who quit.
Three structural reasons. First, this is live cohort-based — you cannot disengage like you can with pre-recorded video; the instructor sees you, the cohort sees you. Second, every module ends in a rubric-graded lab — you cannot fake completion; you have to produce work. Third, placement support is built in, not sold separately. ₹3.5–7 LPA range for first BA role in India 2026. MNCs ₹5–8 LPA, consulting ₹6–10 LPA, funded startups ₹4–8 LPA + ESOPs, mid-size IT ₹3.5–6 LPA. ECBA + strong portfolio typically positions you in the upper half. Within 2–3 years, mid-level bands of ₹8–14 LPA open up.
Full refund within 7 days of cohort start (before end of Week 1). 50% refund up to end of Phase 2 (Week 7). No refund after Phase 3 begins. Cohort transfer (deferring to a later batch) is available at no cost up to Week 7.
